What you do
- Manage and optimize the IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage)
- Implement new technologies and migrate to modern systems
- Resolve complex technical issues and support IT teams
- Ensure security and compliance within the infrastructure
- Automate processes and manage configurations with tools such as PowerShell or Ansible
- Collaborate with various departments to improve IT solutions
- Maintain and document IT systems and procedures
What they ask
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Engineer or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server environments
- Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
- Knowledge of network management (firewalls, VPN, routing, switching)
- Experience with monitoring and automation tools (PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
