As an auditor, you assess how organizations manage their environmental impact, energy performance, and sustainability objectives. You conduct independent audits and help clients demonstrate that their management systems comply with international standards and certification requirements. The main activities include:
- ISO 14001 for environmental management
- ISO 50001 for energy management
- energy performance, energy efficiency, and reduction measures
- greenhouse gas emissions, CO₂ management, and climate objectives
- sustainability policy, KPIs, and monitoring of improvement programs
- integrated management systems and related sustainability themes
Depending on your knowledge and experience, you may also be deployed for additional verification and assessment activities related to climate and sustainability.
What you will do.
- plan and conduct certification audits at industrial, technical, and service organizations
- assess environmental and energy management systems for conformity, effectiveness, and continuous improvement
- analyze processes, risks, energy consumption, environmental performance, and relevant KPIs
- conduct interviews with management, environmental and energy coordinators, and operational staff
- formulate clear findings and substantiated audit conclusions
- prepare professional audit reports within the agreed timeframe
- coordinate audit activities within multidisciplinary audit teams where necessary
- contribute to the further development of services related to ISO 14001, ISO 50001, climate
- actively monitor developments in environmental, energy, and sustainability management
