As a Caregiver IG, you can work for a healthcare organization, either intramurally or extramurally (in the community). You are a proactive person who enjoys teamwork and doesn't mind taking on extra tasks occasionally.
What you do
- Together with your team, you support clients in their daily care.
- You ensure that clients take their medication.
- You perform nursing technical actions when necessary.
- You draw up individual care plans, in consultation with the client, their informal caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team.
- With your empathy, you know how to stimulate people, for example, to do activities they are still capable of.

- You have a Caregiver IG diploma.
- You are motivated and enthusiastic.
- You can prioritize care and support well.
- You can work independently, act quickly, and switch tasks efficiently.
- You think in solutions and love a challenge.
- Affinity with elderly care.
- You find well-being as important as care.
- Positive Christian conviction.
