A technology company in marketing is building a machine that manages the entire journey from target audience to customer and learns from every result. User interaction screens have been designed internally until now, but this is no longer sufficient. You will work at the intersection where this machine meets humans.
What you will do.
- Design the funnels: start screen, questions, conversation with the AI advisor, contact step, SMS confirmation, and the result. Mobile-first approach. This includes verticals such as home batteries, energy contracts, and kitchens.
- Test every change with a hypothesis beforehand and a recorded outcome afterward. Multiple variants are always running against each other, with quick results due to the high volume.
- Create a design system with components, tokens, and themes for white-label funnels in the client's brand style, allowing new clients or verticals to go live quickly.
- Develop products such as the client portal, partner portal, internal dashboards, and the core software screens.
- Build until it's live: you will work in Figma and in the code (React, Tailwind), using AI tools. Designs created on Monday go live the same week.
What they ask
- Several years of experience designing live digital products such as funnels, checkouts, onboarding, apps, or SaaS, with a mobile-first focus.
- Ability to demonstrate the impact of designs with concrete data (before/after results).
- Fluent in speaking and writing, as text is an integral part of the interface.
- Strong in interaction and adherence to a design system.
- Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of HTML, CSS, React, and Tailwind, or the willingness to learn this within a month with AI tooling.
- A data-driven approach over personal taste.
- Bonus points for experience with CRO, motion, UX-writing, white-label, and theming.
- This role is not suitable if you are primarily looking for research tasks or a handover to a development department.
Practical
- The assignment can be performed either as an employee or as a freelancer.
- An initial period of 30 days is agreed upon.
- You will work with a proprietary AI stack, funnel tech, and dashboards, in collaboration with developers.
- Office environment with flexible days and hours.
- The organization is small, financially healthy, and expanding into more verticals and markets.
