- 24/7 guidance to promote independent living in an asylum seekers' center, country of origin, or own home.
What you do
- Organizing group activities such as cooking, sports, or creative pursuits.
- Acting as a shadow mentor for complex cases.
- Conducting methodical conversations with young people.
- Performing room checks and providing information.
- Working closely in a team during day, evening, and night shifts.
- Participating in meetings and intervision discussions.

- Education: minimum completed MBO level 4 education in anagogical direction, such as Social Work, Personal supervisor social care, Supervisor specific target groups, or Pedagogical employee.
- Work experience: some relevant work experience, experience with the target group is a plus.
- Knowledge of methodical guidance and intercultural communication.
- Personality: strong character, social, collegial, and reliable.
- Flexibility: availability for day, evening, night, and weekend shifts (night shifts are always wake-up shifts).
Practical
- Working in small-scale residential facilities for unaccompanied minor foreign nationals.
- Teams consist of an average of 15 to 40 employees, including youth workers, residential counselors, and behavioral experts.
- Pre-employment screening includes a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) application, diploma and certificate verification, and identity check.
