For a leading organization in occupational health services, we are looking for an ANIOS Occupational Medicine. In this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the healthy and sustainable employability of working people in the Netherlands. You will guide employees during their recovery, provide medical advice to both employees and employers, and contribute to prevention and health policy. There is ample room for further development.
After one year of work experience in occupational medicine, it is possible, in consultation, to progress to the occupational physician training program with a certified trainer. This position offers an excellent work-life balance, without evening, night, or weekend shifts.
What you do
- Conducting consultations and guiding employees during their recovery process.
- Providing medical advice on absenteeism and sustainable employability to employees and employers.
- Assessing work capacity and formulating appropriate advice within the framework of the Wet verbetering poortwachter (Gatekeeper Improvement Act).
- Collaborating with fellow doctors, case managers, and other disciplines within the team.
- Contributing to preventive activities, including PAGO/PMO trajectories and RI&E issues.
- Identifying health risks and advising on measures to prevent absenteeism.
- Following coaching, training, and educational activities aimed at further professional development.
Profile
You are a doctor who enjoys performing socially relevant work and draws energy from guiding people towards a sustainable return to work. You can easily switch between different situations and know how to combine medical expertise with clear communication.
