As part of projects related to market evolution, a Product Owner / Process Owner is sought to support business initiatives and their operational implementation. The role is part of a department dedicated to the evolution of market models, in collaboration with market players and other network operators. The objective is to contribute to the definition of market processes and the identification of needs for operational tools, particularly in connection with the energy transition.
As Product Owner, you will bring your expertise to projects and programs in areas such as measurement, assets, structuring, rectifications, and more broadly the evolution of market processes. You will be responsible for the business deliverables necessary for project progress, such as specifications, needs definition, process modeling, and test plans.
What you do
- Contribute to the realization of market model evolution, particularly in the context of the energy transition.
- Participate in project, team, and alignment meetings, and represent business needs.
- Take part in process modeling during the qualification phase.
- Define needs clearly and structured during the framing phase.
- Specify needs to be implemented in standard solutions or developed in custom applications.
- Validate detailed functional specifications during the delivery phase.
- Contribute to the definition and execution of test plans.
- Ensure that proposed solutions meet expressed needs, with particular attention to standardization and efficiency.
- Actively participate in change management.
- Ensure, with the team, the consistency of requests between different projects.
Profile
- Proven experience of at least 5 years.
- Good analytical and synthesis skills.
- Good writing skills.
- Experience in describing business needs.
- Ability to influence and work transversally within the organization.
- Willingness to continuously enrich collaboration between stakeholders.
- Skills to initiate, support, and encourage change.
- Effective, proactive, and flexible approach.
- Good familiarity with project management.
- Excellent level of French, both written and oral.
- Good level of Dutch and English.
- Autonomy.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Very good communication and assertivity.
