Caregiver IG Home Care

• You will work in a team of approximately 17 colleagues, consisting of (district) nurses, Caregivers IG, Helpende plus, and specialized nurses.
• As a Caregiver IG in home care, you provide care to elderly people who need support with personal care.
• In addition, you support, instruct, and guide with, for example, wound care, catheter care, terminal care, and post-operative care.
• The work is versatile and challenging. You usually work in the morning and/or evening, as most care moments take place during these parts of the day.
