Think of themes such as housing, economy, sustainability, educational housing, health, participation, and social facilities. As a team leader, you ensure continuity, connection, and direction within the team. You take on daily management and ensure that employees can perform their work well and that important policy tasks progress.
At the same time, you help the team to further professionalize and bring focus to the multitude of policy developments.

You are an experienced leader who is firm and at the same time approachable and connecting. You feel comfortable in a political-administrative environment and know how to constructively bring together different interests.

- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience as a team leader, manager, or department head within a municipal organization or other public organization
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience within the physical and/or social domain
- Experience in leadership within a political-administrative context
- Preferably, experience in both the physical and social domains

- Strong communicative and connecting skills
