As an experienced Scrum Master, you will be the driving force behind platform and basic service teams within a government organization. You adopt a pragmatic Agile approach to achieve better results. With your technical affinity, you challenge teams, help them solve complex issues, and create flow for reliable service delivery. Together with the Product Owner, you work on the quality and continuous development of platform services, stimulate ownership, and foster collaboration.
You identify and address bottlenecks, coach team members and Product Owners, advise the team leader, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

- Guiding and coaching platform and basic service teams in their Agile way of working.
- Technically challenging teams by asking the right questions and making improvement opportunities visible.
- Removing impediments and optimizing collaboration within and between teams.
- Supporting the Product Owner in realizing new releases, migrations, and implementations within agreed frameworks of time, money, and quality.
- Promoting knowledge sharing, preparing employees for new functionalities, and strengthening collaboration within the organization.

Profile
You will work in a driven team with DevOps sub-teams, focused on continuous improvement according to Agile SAFe. The Platform team manages a Kubernetes platform and ensures 24/7 availability of applications and data. Together with other teams, you will work on a future-proof, Cloud-native platform. Another team monitors the architecture, guides annual audits, and manages security, compliance, and quality.
