Communications Officer
You will be responsible for coordinating publications, campaigns, and audience analysis, working at the intersection of communication, marketing, audience engagement, and artistic content. You ensure that our stories find their way to our audience clearly, attractively, and impactfully. Additionally, you analyze audience and sales data and translate insights into concrete recommendations for communication, programming, and audience development.
You thus actively contribute to the visibility, accessibility, and strategic growth of a cultural organization.
What you do
- You coordinate and produce publications, from editing to production.
- You plan and support communication and marketing campaigns, including newsletters.
- You monitor schedules, quality, corporate identity, and alignment with internal and external partners.
- You analyze audience and sales data and translate these into actionable insights.
- You support pricing, communication, and audience strategies with data and reporting.
- You work intensively with colleagues within your own team and with colleagues from various departments within the organization.
Profile
Professional competencies.
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in communication, journalism, marketing, cultural management, or equivalent experience.
- You have excellent editorial and written skills.
- You have experience with project coordination and planning.
- You have an affinity for marketing, campaign management, and target group communication.
- You can analyze data and translate insights into useful recommendations.
- You work smoothly with digital tools such as email marketing platforms, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and CMS systems.
- You have a passion for culture and performing arts in particular.
