What you will do.
- You will perform medical checks on work incapacity and review prescribed healthcare.
- You will guide members considering a return to work or help them find a more suitable job.
- You will discuss member files with other healthcare professionals, such as treating physicians and paramedical teams.
- You will draw up clear and relevant reports on decisions made and ensure correct administration.
- You will stay informed of developments in insurance medicine and healthcare legislation.
- You will support treating physicians in the recovery of members and examine their right to intervention.
- You will ensure optimal allocation of social security resources.
What they ask
- Master's degree or license in medicine, possibly supplemented by a specialization in general medicine, occupational medicine, insurance medicine, or surgery.
- Experience as a general practitioner or specialist, or a recent graduate with a clear interest in a medical advisor position.
- Desire to join a multidisciplinary team.
- Mastery of communicating your opinion and decisions with firmness, diplomacy, and empathy.
- Interest in complex pathologies and social legislation.
Practical
- You will face a medical challenge where you will encounter and provide advice on various complex pathologies, from work accidents to psychological disorders.
- You will work with a complete team of fellow doctors and paramedical professionals.
- You will receive personal guidance from another medical advisor for three to four months.
- You will follow an internal training program aimed at official accreditation.
- Opportunities for continuous training and a two-year specialization in insurance medicine and medical expertise are offered.
