A government organization is looking for a project leader for the further preparation and realization of a water management project. You will manage the technical, spatial, administrative, and organizational aspects and ensure coherence and progress towards realization. The goal of the project is to realize a new reception pit for wastewater and to make the discharge via pressure pipelines future-proof.
The project will be completed when the new reception pit has been realized, a specific pressure pipeline has been connected to the new pit and discharges at the new discharge point, and the reception pit has been prepared for the connection of the other pressure pipelines.
What you will do.
- Directing the engineering firm in the further elaboration of the master plan at SO level, including developing principles, performing hydraulic tests, and preparing SSK estimates
- Further developing the preferred variant and organizing the necessary administrative and political support
- Having the design elaborated from SO to VO and monitoring quality, planning
- Preparing the market approach and putting the VO on the market, preferably via a construction team or UAV-GC
- Organizing the acquisition of the necessary land
- Making agreements and coordinating with the water board
- Arranging the necessary permits
- Preparing and guiding the contract formation between the organization and the contractor up to and including the conclusion of the necessary contracts
- Arranging the financial coverage for part of the pressure pipeline and the master plan through a settlement agreement between the large discharger(s) and the organization
Profile
You will work closely with internal colleagues, the engineering firm, the water board, landowners, market parties, and other involved stakeholders and will be part of the project team.
