A fully digital dental technical laboratory is looking for a CAM employee. The team combines over 25 years of expertise with the latest digital techniques and is building a brand known by dentists throughout the Netherlands. You don't need to be a designer yet; CAD design will be taught in practice.
What you will do.
- Responsible for the production side of the lab: from a finished design to a restoration ready to go to the practice
- Operating the 3D printer: printing, cleaning, and curing permanent hybrid ceramic crowns and veneers
- Post-processing milled and printed work: detaching, grinding, drilling, and checking contact points and occlusion
- Finishing zirconium, lithium disilicate, and hybrid ceramics: polishing, glazing, coloring
- Quality control of work from the milling center: fit, marginal adaptation, and final check before shipping
- Processing and finishing aligner, splint, and bleaching tray orders
- Preparing restorations for shipment and logistics to the practice
- Gradual growth towards CAD design of crowns, bridges, and veneers, with team guidance
What they ask
- Fluent Dutch in word and writing
- Dental technical education, or demonstrable experience as a CAM employee, finisher, or production employee in a dental technical lab
- Experience with finishing crown and bridge work (zirconium and/or lithium disilicate)
- A steady hand and an eye for detail
- Interest in digital technology and the willingness to learn CAD design
- Independent and reliable
Desirable.
- Experience with 3D printing, sintering, or CAD software is a plus

- One-year contract with the prospect of a permanent contract
