A growing company is looking for an enthusiastic Call Agent to strengthen its team. You will help people stay comfortably and safely at home by informing them about solutions such as walk-in showers and step-in baths. The onboarding period and training take place at the office.
What you do
- You call potential customers who have shown interest in the services (leads), no cold calling.
- You listen to their needs and inform them about the available solutions.
- You schedule appointments for advisors so they can further guide customers.
- You ensure friendly, professional follow-up of every contact.
What they ask
- You are bilingual (Dutch/French) and can communicate professionally in both languages.
- You have experience with telephone contact or are motivated to learn this.
- You work in a structured and accurate manner.
- You have a smooth, friendly voice and a convincing communication style.
