For continued growth in the Netherlands, a Commercial Product Specialist is sought who combines technical knowledge with commercial drive. Someone who understands the solutions, identifies commercial opportunities, and translates them into concrete customer solutions. The focus is on connecting technology, commerce, and operations. You will support the sales team, advise customers, and ensure the technical preparation and execution of sold solutions.
What you will do.
- Support the sales team in commercial processes and customer discussions
- Identify and develop commercial opportunities with existing and new customers
- Advise customers on access control, presence registration, fire safety, evacuation, and emergency response solutions
- Translate customer questions into technically and commercially suitable solutions
- Create calculations, offers, and technical proposals
- Visit customers and project locations
- Provide work preparation and a smooth handover to the operations department
- Contribute ideas on project setup, hardware, software
- Identify developments and customer needs and translate them into commercial opportunities
- Contribute ideas on the development of products and propositions
- Actively contribute to cross-selling of the entire portfolio
