AI has rapidly changed the way we work. Most organizations have started with it but do not fully utilize the potential of their people and tools. Knowledge is scattered, and pilots often fail. Large organizations have access to specialized engineers, but SMEs lack this access. This is where the consultant is needed.
The organization is an official partner in a leading partner program and implements AI solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. This includes co-work on the shop floor, custom solutions, plug-ins, and full automations. The focus is on rolling out AI in daily work and installing skills, agents, and automations together with client teams.
This is done at three levels:
- For every employee: building personal AI assistants for daily tasks.
- For every team: creating shared skills for consistent and quality work methods.
- For every process: developing agents and custom integrations to automate recurring work.
The goal is to eliminate repetitive and time-consuming work, so teams have more time for customers, strategy, and creation. The impact is measured from a baseline, quarterly, using the client's own figures. The AI technology used is a leader in complex business work, built with safety as a core principle, and works with commonly used office applications. Employees can, without technical knowledge, have AI perform tasks in their own files, browser, and tools.
What you will do.
- Your first assignment is with a manufacturing company in the Central Netherlands region.
- You will participate in the client's team.
- You will identify where time is lost through discussions.
- You will build AI workflows and custom software based on these insights.
- You will train the client's team in using the developed solutions.
- One day a week, you will work from the organization's office on internal projects and your own development.
- This includes conceiving and developing new products, building plug-ins, testing new applications, and contributing ideas for opportunities and future clients.
- With each subsequent assignment, your expertise in actually applying AI in the workplace will grow.
What they ask
- You work independently: you receive a goal, not a task list.
- At least 2-4 years of work experience in a professional organization.
- You quickly learn new technical skills and applications in a rapidly changing industry.
- You are energized by client contact; you gather on the shop floor what needs to be built and involve people in what you have created.
- Demonstrable affinity with applying AI; you have already built applications, agents, skills, or workflows.
- Demonstrable experience with AI tools such as Claude Code/Cowork, Codex, Copilot, n8n.
- Specific domain knowledge from work experience in, for example, finance, HR, operations, sales, or marketing is a plus.
- A background in data, IT, software, building automations, or work experience as a product owner or AI-assisted development is a plus.
