Collaboration with umbrella organizations and professionals in associations and citizen collectives, along with the analysis of questionnaires, yields practice-oriented knowledge. What you do
- Conduct primary scientific research.

- Knowledge of methods for large-scale field research.
- Proven experience in conducting empirical research with existing data and setting up data collection for new research.
- Proficient in fostering connection and interaction between research and external partners (government, business, and other societal sectors).
- Good communication skills and able to translate scientific insights into practice.
- Demonstrable experience in supervising PhD candidates; has completed the PhD supervision course or is willing to do so in the short term.
- In possession of a Basic Teaching Qualification (BKO) or enrolled in a BKO/teaching training in the first year.
- Works transparently on research.
