What you will do.
- You map out work processes, user needs, and bottlenecks.
- You advise on the right solution: from Copilot Chat and Agent Builder to Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
- You design, build, test, and improve AI agents and automations.
- You provide practical, team-specific training and demonstrations.
- You develop manuals, instructional videos, and reusable training material.
- You ensure a smooth handover so that the organization can independently manage and further develop solutions.
- You pay attention to privacy, information security, management, and responsible AI use.
Profile
- You are a combination of technician, advisor, and trainer.
- You understand the possibilities of AI, but primarily focus on what employees can achieve with it in practice.
What they ask
- Minimum HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level, with a completed HBO degree as a requirement.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience within a public organization.
- Demonstrable experience in building, testing, and maintaining agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Agent Builder.
- Experience in translating user questions into practical solutions.
- Experience with training, demonstrations, and developing instructional material.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language.
- Knowledge of Power Automate, or the ability to quickly acquire it.
