This assignment involves conducting environmental inspections and re-inspections at companies where subversive behavior may occur. You will independently perform inspections at municipally complex companies and handle complaints and enforcement requests at sensitive business locations. Within four weeks of an inspection, you will deliver a substantiated inspection report and process the data in the case management system.
The organization is looking for an environmental supervisor who can act at companies with a low compliance ethos and a tendency towards subversive behavior. The focus is on the waste sector, particularly vehicle dismantling companies, and complex industrial companies, preferably in medicine development and production. You will also intervene at companies where aggression, intimidation, or other undesirable behavior may occur.
The role requires independence, coordination with stakeholders, and delivery of final products without hierarchical supervision. There is freedom in the work form and planning, as long as the final result is delivered on time and in accordance with the assignment. The contractor manages and organizes their own deployment, resources, and planning.

- Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.
- Demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years with the Open Wave case management system.
- Demonstrable knowledge of complex companies in the relevant region.
