An organization is looking for a Functional Application Manager to support the continuity of commercial business processes. Daily, millions of travelers use digital channels. The Commercial Technology department optimizes both visible value for the traveler and strategic business impact from these channels in a complex, dynamic environment. The department is customer-focused, prioritizes value, tests quickly, and continuously improves. Decisions are made based on customer and business impact.
What you will do.
- Manage, optimize, and maintain services
- Co-manage technical/functional documentation
- Act as a point of contact for one or more services within the commercial department
- Connect users, IT, and IT partners
- Coordinate disruptions and changes between involved teams or suppliers (internal/external)
- Perform daily activities in an Agile manner in collaboration with resolution teams and scrum masters
- Identify functional requirements and wishes from Product Owners and Service Managers and translate them into change requests
- Support the Customer Success Manager with communication to end-users/customers
- Ensure that digital products demonstrably contribute to revenue growth, customer value, and strategic objectives (e.g., increasing parking bookings, growing memberships, strengthening traveler relationships)
Profile
You are a service-oriented and proactive Functional Application Manager who understands how crucial stable and well-functioning applications are for supporting business processes. You combine analytical ability with technical insight and know how to translate user needs into effective solutions. You maintain an overview, take responsibility, and are energized by continuously improving services and processes.
