You offer support and guidance in carrying out activities aimed at self-reliance in daily life, with the psychological and physical well-being of the client as the starting point. You will work with young people aged 18-25 with psychiatric vulnerabilities.
What you will do.
- Stimulate clients in relaxation and development.
- Involve clients in activities related to their living situation and environment.
- Develop plans and ideas with clients, present them to the team, and co-ensure their implementation.
- Guide clients in performing household activities or perform them yourself, depending on the client's independence.
- Ensure observation and handover.
Profile
- Relevant MBO-4 diploma.
- Experience with young people with a psychiatric background.
- Good communication skills with an eye and ear for the individual.
- Decisive, flexible, and a team player.
- Able to create a stable and pleasant living environment.
- Sense of humor and a practical and patient attitude.
- Willingness to work irregular shifts, including night shifts.
