What you will do.
- Further development of Microsoft 365 and Intune.
- Renewal of networks and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Information security and privacy according to the IBP framework.
- Optimization of workplace management for employees and students.
- Implementation of new hardware and digital solutions.
- Improvement and standardization of ICT processes.
- Management and optimization of Microsoft 365, Intune, and the digital workplace environment.
- Management of networks, Wi-Fi, and security solutions.
- Coordination of ICT projects and technical innovations.
- Vendor and contract management.
- Support for employees and schools with ICT questions.
- Asset management and process improvement via Topdesk.
- Support for important educational processes such as central exams and large-scale device rollout.
Profile
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
- Experience as a system administrator, ICT administrator, or ICT engineer.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows 11, and Apple environments.
- Experience with networks, security, and hybrid ICT environments.
- Good communication skills.
- The ambition to combine management and projects.
