You will work as a logistics team leader in a warehouse. This position offers significant responsibility and career growth opportunities within an international environment. What you do
- You are the linchpin in the warehouse.
- You work on a flexible schedule, with shifts starting at 06:00, 15:00, or 24:00, requiring half an hour earlier presence for handover.
- You start your workday with a daily briefing in English with your team of 20 to 25 logistics employees.
- You manage the team, distribute tasks, and monitor progress, quality, and safety on the shop floor.
- Approximately 70% of your activities are administrative.
- You coordinate processes related to incoming and outgoing goods.
- You maintain contact with colleagues from other countries.
- You regularly give presentations to department managers.
- You contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient logistics process.

- Demonstrable experience as a manager in a logistics or warehouse environment
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Office
- Knowledge of 5S and safety procedures is a plus
