As a Project Leader within a Maintenance and Projects department, you manage various maintenance projects, optimally aligning quality, budget, and planning. You advise internally, direct external parties, and truly make a difference for the tenants of a housing corporation.
You are responsible for realizing projects within agreed frameworks and translate plans into concrete work descriptions, specifications, and cost estimates. You switch between strategic advice to colleagues and practical management on the construction site, ensuring that everything proceeds according to applicable laws and regulations and work processes.
What you will do.
- Establish annual plans for projects and closely monitor progress, quality
- Organize tenders, evaluate offers, and act as client towards contractors and installers
- Oversee execution and ensure good communication and involvement of residents during maintenance work
- Manage maintenance contracts and collaborate closely with internal contract managers and project or asset managers
- Take care of financial settlement, project administration, and aftercare of delivered projects
