The role involves acting as an interpreter between a financial institution and a development team for clients experiencing payment difficulties.

Ensure that the systems supporting the process operate carefully, humanely, and in accordance with regulations.
The development team is located offshore.
Translate the institution's needs into clear assignments for the team and verify the delivered results.
You will serve as an interpreter, director, and quality guardian all in one.

What you do

Engage with the business, architects, data team, and service managers to identify necessary changes.
Write clear epics that are concrete enough for an external team to build.
Manage the external team, monitor progress, approve or reject deliverables, and maintain a tight and pleasant collaboration.
Co-own the applications, ensuring their stable operation and continuous improvement.
Contribute to future planning, including a potential transition to a SaaS solution.
Focus on ownership: from initial idea to working solution.

HBO/WO (higher professional education/university) work and thinking level.
Experience managing or collaborating with offshore or outsourcing parties.
Experience writing epics or requirements for an external party.
Experience in a financial or compliance-driven environment.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to engage both internal colleagues and external teams.
Knowledge of collections, special management, or lending is a plus, but not a requirement.
