What you will do.
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end implementation of the CER program.
- Translate regulatory requirements into practical actions, projects, and business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, IT, Security, Risk, Compliance, and Executive Management.
- Drive risk assessments, business continuity planning, and crisis management initiatives.
- Monitor project objectives, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership on program progress, risks, and compliance status.
- Ensure the successful implementation of organizational, technical, and operational resilience measures.
- Promote a culture of resilience, risk awareness, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Risk Management, Compliance, Business Continuity, Security, or a related field.
- Experience leading organization-wide transformation or change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of risk management, business continuity, and crisis management practices.
- Knowledge of governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Affinity with critical infrastructure, operational environments, and security-related topics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert risks into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent in Dutch; English is considered a bonus.
