As an HR consultant, you will work in-house at an organization. In this dynamic environment, you are the fixed point of contact for both temporary employees and the client. No day is the same: one day you guide new employees, another day you solve HR issues and coordinate personnel planning. You play an important role in connecting talent with opportunities and ensuring that both clients and flexible workers are satisfied. With your empathetic and proactive approach, you contribute to efficient personnel planning, support flexible workers in their development, and maintain strong relationships with clients. You work independently at the client, but you have a close-knit team of remote colleagues with whom you consult regularly.
What you do
- Ensure efficient personnel planning that meets the needs of clients and temporary employees.
- Support temporary employees in their professional development and guide them during their first workday.
- Maintain contact with clients and flexible workers via email, phone, and personal conversations.
- Actively search for new candidates, conduct job interviews, and introduce new employees to clients.
- Prepare and conduct performance reviews to discuss performance and development.
Profile
We are looking for a social, decisive HR consultant who stands firm. You easily switch between employees and team leaders, even when encountering resistance or difficult conversations.
- A completed MBO 4 or HBO education in HRM.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR tasks.
- Proactive and stress-resistant work attitude.
- In possession of your own car.
- You effortlessly switch between different discussion partners and know how to build lasting relationships with your empathy and persuasiveness.
