As an infrastructure project leader, you will manage installation teams and suppliers, monitor planning, and ensure the quality and operation of the product at various locations. You will be responsible for the complete operational preparation, coordination, and rollout of new hardware on an extensive vehicle fleet.
What you will do.
- prepare and follow up on the complete vehicle rollout across various aspects, including logistics, inventory, subcontractor planning
- coordinate installations at different work sites
- manage external installers, suppliers, and operational teams during technical installation work on site
- set up, guide, and thoroughly evaluate pilots and installations to ensure the quality and operation of the hardware
- align logistical agreements and work preparations with technicians, operational teams, external suppliers, and relevant internal departments
- monitor progress, budgets, risks, and performance through clear KPI reports
Profile
- technical bachelor's or master's degree (electromechanics, electronics, automation, …) or equivalent by experience
- strong affinity with infrastructure and technical installations (e.g., projects involving digital meters, charging stations, access control, telematics, …)
- coordinating experience in complex rollout or installation projects
- strong in operational planning and managing suppliers and installation teams
- highly communicative in Dutch and English (oral and written)
- good knowledge of Word and Excel
