• Develop and optimize applications with a focus on the central payroll engine.
• Implement cloud-native solutions within an Azure environment.
• Work with modern technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes.
• Apply observability via DataDog to ensure system stability and performance.
• Actively contribute to software testing strategies and maintain codebase quality.

What they ask

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent by experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience within complex DevOps and cloud environments.
• Strong expertise in backend development with Java (JDK 21/25) and the Spring Framework.
• In-depth knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and Shell/Bash scripting.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and database management, specifically with Azure, Cosmos DB, and EventHub (Kafka).
• Familiar with containerization and orchestration via Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with modern development tools such as Git, GitHub (Copilot), and IntelliJ.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, working in a transparent and structured manner.
• Fluent in Dutch.

• Willingness to obtain an AZ-900 certification.
