In this role, you are daily present on the construction site and ensure that the finishing works proceed smoothly, qualitatively, and efficiently. This is a full-time position.
What you will do.
- You manage the internal teams and subcontractors during the finishing phase and are the point of contact for the client, architect, and other involved parties.
- You monitor the planning of the finishing works and adjust where necessary.
- You closely follow the quality and execution of the works, paying attention to details, finishing level, and delivery points.
- You ensure that materials are present on site in time, in consultation with the logistics department and project manager.
- You coordinate the various finishing disciplines, such as techniques, carpentry, painting, flooring, ceilings, and interior doors.
- You communicate with residents about the planning, progress, and any inconvenience during the works.
- You participate in site meetings and coordinate decisions with the project manager.
Profile
- You are a strong communicator and easily interact with various stakeholders.
- You take initiative and have an entrepreneurial attitude.
- You work in a structured, organized, and solution-oriented manner.
- You have an eye for quality, detail, and correct delivery.
- You preferably already have some experience as a site manager in finishing or general construction projects.
