What you will do.
- Responsible for the entire mediation process
- Recruit and interview candidates
- Conduct intake interviews and guide candidates to a suitable job
- Maintain contact with existing clients
- Visit SME clients and identify commercial opportunities
- Actively seek new clients and successfully fill vacancies
- Ensure sustainable matches and contribute to the growth of both candidates and clients
Profile
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level
- Experience in recruitment, employment mediation, sales, or a commercial environment
- Strong and professional communication, both verbal and written
- Easily establish contact with candidates and clients
- Enjoys a dynamic work environment
- Easily sets priorities and maintains an overview under pressure
- Works independently and takes initiative
- Believes in the power of collaboration to achieve the best results
