You are responsible for the daily management of a residential construction project, consisting of ground-level homes and an apartment complex. The commitment is on a project basis.
What you do
- Manage subcontractors and third parties
- Monitor planning and administration, with the support of a project controller
- Act as a Health & Safety coordinator during the execution phase
- Work closely with the project leader and the execution team
- Take measures in unsafe situations and bottlenecks
- Consult with site managers and work planners
- Evaluate subcontractors and suppliers
- Be the point of contact for the client
