Construction Project Manager

As a project manager, you are responsible for the coordination and realization of the project, from preparation to delivery. Your tasks include:

• Coordinating the construction project from preparation to delivery
• Monitoring planning, budget, quality
• Identifying, discussing, and managing project risks
• Liaising with the client, subcontractors, and other project partners
• Managing procurement and contracting
• Monitoring financial progress
• Preparing and providing progress reports
• Ensuring technical quality and safety

• You quickly gain an overview and act independently
• You are strong in both technical and financial areas
• You are a firm discussion partner for the various stakeholders and ensure that agreements are clear and adhered to
• Experience in project management
