A government organization is looking for a Test Data Management Engineer to make the right test data available to Product Teams in the Non-Production Environment (NPO). The organization uses Mocks, fictitious and anonymized test data. You will facilitate Product Teams by providing the appropriate test data.
What you will do.
- Ensure the configuration and management of test data tooling and (basic) templates.
- Anonymize the initial datasets.
- Support employees in carrying out anonymization activities using the DATPROF Privacy module.
- Optimize the setup of the DATPROF Privacy module.
- Set up and configure (basic) templates.
- Refine functional and technical design.
- Anonymize (personal) data in the Non-Production Environment.
- Draw up guidelines, processes, and procedures for test data.
- Continuously check test data for AVG/GDPR compliance.
- Transfer knowledge and train or coach specialists / product teams.
- Assess test data maturity and advise on improvement initiatives.
Profile
You will make the right test data available to Product Teams in the Non-Production Environment, using mocks, fictitious, and anonymized data. You will configure and manage test data tooling and (basic) templates and anonymize datasets using the DATPROF Privacy module. You will support and coach employees and product teams so that they can ultimately autonomously generate and use fictitious or anonymized test data.

- Demonstrable knowledge of AVG/GDPR laws and regulations.
- Current (in the past 5 years) and at least 2 years of demonstrable experience with DATPROF Privacy.
- Current (in the past 5 years) and at least 2 years of demonstrable experience with Test Data Management and Test Data Provisioning.
- Current (in the past 5 years) and demonstrable experience with configuring and managing Test Data tooling.
- Current (in the past 5 years) and demonstrable experience with setting up and maintaining basic and reusable templates.
- Current (in the past 5 years) and demonstrable experience with Scrum.
- Current (in the past 5 years) and demonstrable experience with the use of Kubernetes, Windows, and Linux.
- Current (in the past 5 years) and demonstrable experience with management organization (DEV-OPS).
Wishes.
- Completed HBO degree in ICT.
- Demonstrable experience with anonymizing datasets of the following database types: DB2, MySQL, MsSQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Demonstrable experience working at similar government organizations.
