As an all-round workshop mechanic, you contribute to the maintenance and repair of hot and superheated water installations. You will work in a team of colleagues and have the opportunity to further develop your technical knowledge. In this role, it is important to have an eye for detail and a customer-oriented attitude. With your expertise, you ensure that our installations continue to function optimally and that malfunctions are prevented.
What you will do.
- Perform maintenance on steam boilers and hot and superheated water installations to guarantee their operation.
- Replace parts, such as gaskets, and clean boilers to minimize wear.
- Assist with inspections, together with external inspection bodies, to comply with all safety standards.
- Make small adjustments to components such as fans and filters for better performance.
- Clean sensors and pumps to prevent malfunctions and extend the lifespan of the installations.
Profile
We are looking for a precise and eager-to-learn technician with a passion for maintenance and development.
- MBO diploma in Mechanical Engineering (WTB) or Mechatronics, or relevant experience.
- Experience with maintenance and overhaul of industrial installations.
- Customer-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
- VCA certificate or willingness to obtain it.
- Proficiency in Dutch; English is a plus.
