You will work for a leading organization in the mobility sector on a challenging and organization-wide change initiative. This assignment is at the intersection of information provision, business operations, processes, and data. You will play a central role in a change process with a major impact on how processes, systems, and data flows within the organization are structured and secured.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for realizing a future-proof solution for an important business register and the associated information provision. You will guide the transition from the current to the new situation and ensure that business processes, applications, and data flows are connected in a controlled and phased manner. In doing so, you will not only look at technical realization but also at processes, governance, ownership, management, and adoption within the organization.
You will operate in an environment with many different stakeholders and interests, such as process owners, information managers, architects, business teams, management teams, management, and external parties. It is your responsibility to bring these different worlds together and ensure that decision-making, execution, and implementation are well aligned. - Drawing up, coordinating, and monitoring a roadmap for phased implementation
- Guiding the connection of processes, applications, and data flows

- Organizing and preparing decision-making
- Creating support within different parts of the organization
- Managing diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring progress, results, risks
- Guiding the transition between the current and future situation
- Ensuring structural embedding of processes, management, ownership, and working agreements
- Reporting to management and clients on progress, risks
Profile
We are looking for a strong Project Manager who is used to operating within large, complex, and administratively sensitive organizations. You maintain an overview, easily switch between strategic and operational levels, and bring different interests together. You are organizationally sensitive, results-oriented, and genuinely capable of implementing changes throughout the organization. In addition, you possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience as a project leader within a (semi-)public organization
- Preferably 8 years or more of relevant project management experience within such an environment
- Demonstrable experience with multiple complex change and implementation assignments
- Extensive experience with stakeholder management within organizations with various internal and external interests
- Experience with politically and administratively sensitive change assignments
- Experience with information provision and organization-wide change projects
- University (WO) working and thinking level
- Strong organizational sensitivity
- A clear results-oriented and connecting way of working
- Experience with governance, risk, compliance, privacy, information security, or data management is a strong plus, given the interfaces with risk management, ownership, and securing changes.
