What you do
As a site manager, you are the point of contact on the construction site. You ensure that the project is delivered according to planning, within budget, and with the right quality. Your experience makes the difference: you anticipate risks, changes, and maintain an overview, even when multiple disciplines are active simultaneously on the construction site.
You work closely with the project leader, work planner, and calculator, and you are responsible for the daily management of the work. In addition, you are the face of the organization towards the client and ensure a safe working environment for everyone on the construction site.

What they ask You are an experienced construction professional who knows how a construction site operates. You have successfully completed multiple projects and know what is involved in the execution of large construction projects. You are strong in communication, both towards your team and towards the client. You maintain an overview, even when busy, and you are not afraid to make decisions. In addition, you are someone who takes responsibility and keeps their agreements.
- Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience as a site manager in construction, preferably in utility or industrial construction
- Completed MBO or HBO education in civil engineering or similar
- Demonstrable experience in managing subcontractors and construction teams
- Knowledge of building regulations, safety regulations, and VCA guidelines
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Independent work attitude and ability to set priorities
- You are proficient in the Dutch language, both written and spoken
