How wonderful is it that, even if someone needs care, they can continue to live at home for as long as possible? You can help your client with that. As a nurse, you visit people at home and get to know your client in their own environment. You will encounter a wide diversity of people, but always with one goal: to provide the best care in the client's most familiar environment. Form a circle of care around clients with family and friends.
What you do
As a home care nurse, you are a guest in your clients' homes. From there, you take a proactive role in evaluating, monitoring, and improving the quality of medical and psychosocial care.

- You have close contact with the client's family and representatives.
- You regularly coordinate with your colleagues from the multidisciplinary team.

- You have (almost) a nursing diploma from level 4 and are BIG registered.
- You have an (old) care diploma and have been out of care for a while.
- You have the ambition to pursue a care education.
