As a Wmo Consultant, you will work with various target groups and specific care issues within a government organization. You will take the lead in a self-organizing team where colleagues are ready to assist you. Your commitment contributes to the well-being of residents and the strength of the team.
What you will do.
- Conduct discussions with clients, providers, or colleagues from different departments, especially concerning complex issues related to guidance, sheltered living indications, and housing adaptations.
- Process administrative matters.
- Assist residents who need help, for example, by phone or when they visit the office.
- Identify opportunities or bottlenecks within your work area.
Profile
- You are quick to adapt, keep a cool head, and dare to make decisions.
- You are service-oriented and know how to offer appropriate solutions for care issues.
- You get energy from finding solutions, and this is contagious to your colleagues.
What they ask
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
Preferences.
- Familiar with provisions, guidance, and complex requests for assistance.
- A true all-rounder in the field.
