You help residents shape their own lives.

What you do
- You support residents with acquired brain injury (ABI) and associated problems in daily life across various living areas.
- You help residents lead a life that suits them.
- Developing and maintaining skills is important.
- You are responsible for the creation and methodical implementation of the care plan for several residents.
- The required support is tailor-made and determined in consultation with the resident, their network, and other disciplines.
- A model for methodical support of people with acquired brain injury is used.
Profile
- You have expertise in ABI or are willing to develop in this area.
- You have a relevant and completed education at a minimum of MBO 4 level (MMZ4 or VPK).
- You are resilient, have a healthy dose of humor, and enjoy variety.
- You reflect on your own views and behavior and dare to be critical of yourself and colleagues.
- You are willing to work irregular shifts (day, evening, and sleeping shifts).
