What you do
- Act as a Scrum Master for multiple teams, ensuring Agile best practices are implemented effectively
- Provide coaching and mentoring to teams, fostering an Agile mindset and self-organization
- Ensure delivery follow-up while maintaining a strong focus on ownership and accountability
- Work transversally across multiple teams and support cloud migration projects
- Navigate complex delivery challenges within the financial sector, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders at different levels to enhance Agile maturity across the organization
Profile
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a complex environment, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong delivery-oriented mindset with a focus on results
- Ability to challenge teams and stakeholders, ensuring continuous improvement and high performance
- Experience with cloud migration projects and technical delivery is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of engaging both business and technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch & French
