What you do
You will be responsible for processing and monitoring inheritance files for deceased clients. You will analyze inheritance situations, verify necessary documents, and ensure compliance with legal rules and banking procedures. You will collaborate with notaries, heirs, and various internal departments to ensure rigorous, compliant, and qualitative processing of files.
- Independently manage inheritance files.
- Analyze inheritance documents and patrimonial situations.
- Apply principles of civil law and family law.
- Verify the conformity of received documents and information.
- Monitor accounts, bank assets, and financial products related to inheritances.
- Collaborate with notaries, heirs, and various internal contacts.
- Respond to requests related to inheritance files.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and conformity requirements.
- Use necessary banking tools and applications for file processing.
What they ask We are ideally looking for a legal professional with experience in the banking sector and good knowledge of:
- civil law;
- family law;
- inheritance law.
Concrete experience in managing inheritance files is a significant asset. Experience within a banking department specialized in inheritances, banking operations, or client file management is particularly valued. You are rigorous, analytical, and autonomous in managing your files. You are comfortable with sensitive and confidential files, as well as with IT tools and banking applications. You have a perfect command of French. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
