Interventional Cardiology Assistant in training

Within a specialized center, you will be trained as an Interventional Cardiology Assistant (MIC). This is a unique specialization at the intersection of technology, innovation, and life-saving care. The MIC training is a CZO-recognized core route and typically lasts 12-14 months. Upon completion of the core route, specialization opportunities are available, for example, in congenital cardiology.

What you will do.

  • Participate in complex cardiac interventions.
  • Guide patients during life-saving procedures.
  • Collaborate with medical specialists and interventional cardiology technicians.
  • Contribute to innovative treatment methods.
  • React quickly and work closely with the team, both during planned procedures and under high pressure during acute, life-threatening situations.
  • Ensure the best possible patient care.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Medical Assistance.
  • Completed BAZ training.
  • Preferably an IC or CCU specialization if you are a nurse.
  • Motivation to follow the MIC training.
  • Excellent communication skills and stress resistance.
  • Eager to learn attitude and ambition for further development.
  • Strong team spirit combined with independence and proactivity.
