Content & Campaign Marketeer
As a Content & Campaign Marketeer, you ensure that campaigns and stories reach the right target audience. You translate the marketing calendar into strong content, develop formats and activations, and ensure plans are executed. You think not only about what we tell, but also why, for whom, and how our content is found: from social media to SEO, GEO, and AI platforms. You will primarily work for an international brand in equine nutrition & care.
Approximately 20% of your time will be dedicated to an organization specializing in international horse transport. This offers ample knowledge, stories, and content opportunities within the equestrian world. There is much room for personal initiative. You report to the Brand & Customer Experience Manager and work closely with our designer/content creator, product managers, and other colleagues within marketing and sales.
What you will do.
- Campaign & content planning: translate campaigns and product introductions into a strong content approach, manage the content calendar, and proactively think about necessary stories, formats, and assets.
- Content & storytelling: develop concepts, hooks, and formats, and write social copy, scripts, mailings, and website content, among other things. Brief our designer/content creator for larger productions and use your smartphone when quick & authentic is precisely what is needed.
- Community & activation: know what is happening in equestrian sports and our community. Spot stories and trends and devise how to involve riders, experts, partners, and our community in relevant content and activations.
- Digital, SEO & performance: ensure good content is found. Think from an SEO and GEO perspective, track what content and campaigns deliver, and use data and insights to continuously improve future content.
- AI & new ways of working: see AI as part of modern marketing. Experience with tools like Claude, Canva, ActiveCampaign, WordPress, Lovable, or agentic AI is a plus. Most importantly, we are looking for someone curious enough to try new tools and discover how they can make your work smarter and better.
