Human Resources Business Partner
As an HR Advisor, you play a key role in the well-being of employees in stores and contribute to achieving collective results. Together with the area managers, you ensure that our teams enjoy their work and continue to develop.
What you do
- You act as a sparring partner for 3 to 4 Area Managers and the store management of approximately 50 branches.
- You work purposefully and systematically according to the People Plan, contributing to the growth and development of both our people and the organization.
- You coach Area Managers and (Assistant) Store Managers to optimally guide and support store teams in their daily activities.
- With your experience, you provide solicited and unsolicited advice on various HR topics, utilizing all available data.
- You collaborate with an HR team focused on recruitment & selection, talent development, optimal staffing, absenteeism, and performance management.
- You will have regular consultations with your HR advisor colleagues, Senior HR Advisors, a Senior Legal Counsel, and the Country HR Manager from a central office location, one of the stores, or online.
- You actively contribute to the further development of HR policy and instruments and play a role in projects aimed at supporting employees in stores, for example, in the implementation of new processes and policies.
Profile
The success of the organization depends on the commitment of its people. As an HR Advisor, you work independently in your regions and are visible in the stores. Here you have contacts with all employees and put HR topics on the agenda together with the Area Manager. You work with uniform work processes and ensure you set the right priorities in daily practice. This requires organizing your activities, personal leadership, and a high degree of independence.
Working for the organization requires a hands-on mentality, quickly making connections, taking action, stress resistance, and flexibility.
What they ask
- A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in HRM or a comparable field.
- Work experience in a comparable (mobile) HR advisory role.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing.
Desired.
- Experience in retail is a plus.
