Experience in managing products and services using an agile methodology is required, and you are willing to provide IT facilities outside office hours if necessary. You are experienced in setting up, configuring, and realizing solutions to optimally deploy software in relation to work processes. Your activities focus on creating optimal IT solutions for the organization. Together with the team, you ensure all IT solutions are meticulously handled in terms of content, process, and procedure.
You also work on future-oriented solutions, ensuring that the lifecycle management of products is in good hands. You are responsible for the functional management and optimization of various services and associated products. You not only maintain an overview but also work functionally on products and processes. The products and services you deliver with the team are of great strategic value to the organization and form the basis for integrated and agile operations.
You help to increase the knowledge level regarding agile working and to improve and secure the quality of our products. Flexibly dealing with uncertainty and responding to change is not new to you.
What you do
- You handle incoming incidents, questions, and requests.
- You analyze frequently occurring problems in collaboration with other IT management teams.
- You translate organizational needs into functional and technical solutions within our portfolio.
- You understand operational processes and working methods to align our services and operations.
- You create agile/SAFe process solutions and capacity management solutions within our product portfolio and integrate them with other systems and tools within the organization.
- You develop concrete improvement proposals, configure, and implement improvements based on releases for our products.
- You ensure a test plan prior to releases and coordinate user acceptance tests.
- You manage the lifecycle of applications.
- You actively contribute to the adequate release of software versions, thereby enhancing our digital resilience.
- You work closely with technical application administrators and other IT management teams within the organization.
- You participate in key user meetings.
- You identify when key user training is desired and provide appropriate usage information about products within our portfolio.
- You ensure all documentation and CMDB for products within our portfolio are always up-to-date.
- You maintain contacts with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- You contribute to continuous improvement and actively participate in realizing the team roadmap.
- You ensure knowledge building and retention within the team.
- You support team members with questions.

- Completed MBO level 4 in ICT, engineering, or (technical) business administration.

- Knowledge of and demonstrable experience in managing and configuring Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge and experience in working with Fortes Change Cloud, ServiceNow, TOPdesk, or Archie CRM is a plus, and/or you are willing to fully acquire this knowledge.
- Knowledge and experience in agile working, BISL, and ITIL.
- Knowledge and experience in documenting, recording, and maintaining documentation.
- Upholding quality and proposing improvements for your own work.

- To be eligible for this position, you must be from a country within the European Economic Area.
- If this is not the case, you must possess a combined permit for residence and work (GVVA).
