What you do
- Guide employees through absenteeism, recovery, and sustainable employability.
- Look beyond the medical complaint and investigate factors influencing recovery and what someone needs to stay healthy and sustainably employed.
- Advise employees and employers on workload capacity, absenteeism, prevention, and sustainable employability.
- Collaborate intensively in a trio with the practice support occupational physician (POB) and absenteeism case manager.
- Undergo an extensive internal onboarding program with various modules to thoroughly learn the field.
- Have opportunities for internal growth and specialization, including training to become an occupational physician.
