HR Consultant

As a Junior HR Consultant, you are the point of contact for flexible employees and managers at an in-house location of a food company. You guide employees throughout their careers, support managers with various personnel issues, and ensure that HR processes run smoothly and diligently. Thanks to your people-oriented approach, organizational talent, and visibility on the work floor, you know how to properly support employees and managers. You contribute daily to a positive employee experience and optimal staffing.

What you will do.

• You guide and support flexible employees throughout their entire employment, from onboarding to daily questions and challenges.
• You draw up contracts, process HR administration, and ensure correct and timely execution of personnel processes.
• You work closely with managers and colleagues to optimally organize personnel planning, intake, and staffing.
• You contribute to the well-being, involvement, and development of flexible employees by conducting interviews and highlighting training opportunities.
• You identify bottlenecks within HR processes, think along about improvements, and convert these into concrete actions where possible.

What they ask

• MBO-4 or HBO work and thinking level in HR or similar.
• Experience with contract management and onboarding is a plus.
• You communicate clearly and professionally in Dutch, both orally and in writing.
• In possession of a B driving license and own transport.
• Proactive, structured, and flexible in a dynamic environment. Even when pressure increases, you remain calm, maintain an overview, and persevere.
