What you will do. You are the indispensable link between Sales, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Supply Chain. Without commercial targets, but with a key role in the commercial heart of the organization. Your responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Coordinate, draft, review, and manage all contracts and amendments with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and business partners. Negotiate terms with purchasing departments (Sales leading on prices and discounts) and ensure all agreements are compliant, legally correct, and internally aligned. Proactively monitor terms, renewals, and deviations from standard conditions.
- Tender Management: Own the tender process from A to Z. Gather the right input from Sales, monitor strict deadlines, check documents for completeness, and ensure every tender is submitted on time and without errors.
- Knowledge & Leadership: Be the internal point of contact for contract questions and templates, support Sales in complex and sensitive cases, and take the lead in further professionalizing processes.
Profile
- HBO/WO (higher professional education/university) working and thinking level, e.g., Business Administration, Law, or similar.
- 3-5 years of experience in contract management, tenders, or a comparable coordinating role.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Effortlessly translate complex information into clear actions.
- Strong communication skills in NL & EN, structured, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Experience in Healthcare is a plus, not a must.
